These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nmbeauty.co.uk and any orders placed with NM Beauty & Fragrance ("we", "us", "our") via WhatsApp. By using the site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the website

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks UK law or infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape content systematically, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission, beyond what UK copyright law allows for fair dealing.

Product information, photography, descriptions, layout and code are the property of NM Beauty & Fragrance or our suppliers, and are protected by copyright. O Boticário brand names and product names are trademarks of Botica Comercial Farmacêutica Ltda. We are an independent reseller and are not endorsed by or affiliated with O Boticário.

3. Products and pricing

All products are 100% authentic O Boticário products, sourced and personally inspected before dispatch. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions and stock up to date, but errors can happen. If we discover a clear pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before processing.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly depending on the batch and edition.

4. Placing an order

Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp using the link on the product page or the floating chat button. The conversation between you and Maria forms the order. A binding contract is created when we confirm in writing (via WhatsApp) that we accept your order and have stock to fulfil it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you share with us.

5. Payment

Payment is taken outside this website using a method agreed with you when the order is confirmed (for example bank transfer or another agreed method). We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, methods and costs are described on our Shipping Info page and confirmed in your WhatsApp conversation.

7. Right to cancel (UK consumer rights)

If you are a UK consumer ordering at distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp within that period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. The goods must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Sealed perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened are excluded from the right to cancel for hygiene reasons (Regulation 28(3)(g)).

We will refund the price of the goods (and standard outbound delivery, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or wrongly described.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days with photos and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement, refund or repair as appropriate, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are not charged for return shipping in these cases.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any business losses, loss of profit or other indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any one order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
