We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom. Every order is personally inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves us.
Where we deliver
We currently ship anywhere within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). For orders outside the UK, message us on WhatsApp and we will check whether we can arrange international delivery for you.

The exact cost and option are confirmed when we acknowledge your order on WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and start from the day after dispatch.
How to order
- Browse the Shop and click Buy on WhatsApp on the product you want.
- WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing the product details. Press send.
- Maria will confirm availability, the final price and delivery options.
- You agree the payment method (bank transfer or another agreed method) and share the delivery address.
- Your order is dispatched and you receive tracking details (where applicable).
Dispatch & cut-off
Orders confirmed before 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
If you choose a tracked option, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time, please message us on WhatsApp. We will follow up with the courier and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please open and inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. Report any damage within 14 days with photos so we can make a claim with the courier.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel and a further 14 days to return them, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened are excluded for hygiene reasons. See the full conditions in our Terms of Service.
Authenticity guarantee
Every product we ship is 100% authentic O Boticário, sourced and personally inspected before dispatch. If you ever have a doubt, message us on WhatsApp and we will share evidence of the supply chain.
